Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

Plain-language terms for a plain product. No legalese walls.

01

Acceptance

By accessing or using DevForge, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product. These terms apply to all users, authenticated or not.

02

What DevForge is

DevForge is a personal project providing an AI-native developer workbench — including multi-model AI chat, a visual site builder (Studio), and local-first developer tools. It is provided as-is, without warranty. It is not a registered company or commercial product.

03

Acceptable use

You agree not to: • use DevForge to process or store illegal content • use the AI Chat feature to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the service • create accounts for automated abuse or spam • use the service in ways that degrade availability for other users

04

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. You can also delete your account at any time via the support page.

05

Availability and changes

DevForge is a solo-maintained project. Uptime is not guaranteed. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate breaking changes.

06

Limitation of liability

DevForge is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the product.

07

Intellectual property

The DevForge codebase and design are the work of its developer. You retain ownership of any content you create or paste within the tools. Tool outputs are yours.

08

Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the developer. Any disputes shall be resolved informally first by contacting us via the support page.
